As Service Leadership, you are responsible for the entire service area, from reception to bistro to shop. You lead your team, ensure strong workflows, and create an experience where our guests feel comfortable from the start.

Tasks

Your role with us

You are a leadership figure and at the same time part of the operational daily business.

Lead and develop your team

• You lead our service team in daily operations
• You ensure motivation, structure, and good teamwork
• You conduct meetings, onboarding, and feedback conversations

Ensure service quality

• You ensure a friendly, solution-oriented service
• You keep cleanliness, order, and presentation in mind
• You process feedback and develop workflows further

Bistro & Shop management

• You take care of orders, inventory, and warehousing
• You develop the product range further
• You ensure an appealing presentation and functioning workflows

Operate actively

• You actively support at reception, bistro, and check-in
• You work at the cash register and are present in daily operations
• You train new employees

Events & Actions

• You support at events, actions, and special events
• You implement sales actions and promotions

Safety & Order

• You ensure hygiene, safety, and working standards
• You are responsible for HACCP guidelines in the bistro
• You take care of order and functionality in the entire service area

This is the job

• At least 20 hours/week in a full-time position
• Monthly remuneration: €1,600 gross (at 20 hours/week)
• Mixture of operational work and leadership responsibility
• Active role in daily operations (no pure office job)

Qualification

What you bring

• Experience in service, gastronomy, or reception
• First experience in team leadership or willingness to take on responsibility
• Readiness to work in a shift system (day, evening, weekend)
• Organizational talent and overview, even when a lot is happening
• Friendly, clear demeanor
• Hands-on mentality and initiative
• Pleasure in dealing with people
