Team Leader in Neu Wulmstorf

Tasks

Your task includes:

• Hands-on mentality in the service area: you lead your team and also competently advise customers on service and maintenance matters and are operationally involved in the day-to-day business in addition to your management function.
• You ensure a smooth service process and check suitable measures to increase service quality.
• You lead and motivate your service team so that you achieve your common goals, such as sales and profit.
• You take responsibility for work commissioned, its punctual execution and quality.
• You maintain your customer base, expand it and contribute to the fact that customers like to come to us through customer-oriented support.

Qualification

• Completed commercial and/or technical training in the automotive trade
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with corresponding management experience and responsibility, ideally with a qualification as a certified service advisor
• Sound understanding of vehicle technology
• Business management knowledge, explicitly key figures of after sales
• Ability to motivate and lead a team with social competence
• Strong customer orientation and customer loyalty
• Good communication skills
• Goal and results orientation
• Good MS Office skills
