Service Leader Customer Service (m/w/d) for Autohouse Group

For an Autohouse Group, we are looking for a team leader in Neu Wulmstorf at the earliest possible date.

As a dynamically growing company, the continuous development and qualification of our staff is always a top priority.

Tasks

Your task includes:

• Hands-on mentality in the service sector: you lead your team and advise customers competently on service and maintenance matters, and are operationally involved in daily business alongside your leadership function.
• You ensure a smooth service process and check suitable measures to improve service quality.
• You lead and motivate your service team so that you achieve common goals such as revenue and profitability together.
• You take responsibility for tasks assigned, ensuring punctual execution and quality.
• You maintain your customer base, build it up, and contribute to customers being happy to come to us through customer-oriented care.

Qualification

• Completed vocational training in the automotive industry or a related field
• Multiple years of experience in a comparable position with corresponding leadership experience and responsibility, ideally with a certificate as a qualified service advisor
• Solid understanding of vehicle technology
• Economic knowledge, especially key figures for after-sales
• Able to motivate and lead a team with social competence
• Outstanding customer orientation and customer loyalty
• Good communication skills
• Ziel- and performance-oriented
• Good MS Office skills
