We support events and event locations in Berlin with our team.

It's important to us that you feel comfortable with us and know who you are working with. That's why you'll get to know us in person, be prepared for your first assignments, and receive training. After that, you decide for yourself which assignments fit you and your daily routine.

Tasks

• personal contacts
• training and preparation before your first assignments
• a young team where people know each other and support each other
• regular team events
• the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time
• support with on-site logistics, such as setup and dismantling, as well as handling event materials
• coordination and organization of the smooth running of events in cooperation with the team

• Fluent German skills as well as good English skills for communication with international guests
• Organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Friendly demeanor, team spirit, and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Independent work style and sense of responsibility

Gastro experience?

Experience is, of course, welcome, but not a requirement. If you are motivated, open to people, and eager to learn something new, we will teach you the most important basics.

You don't have to be a professional. What's more important to us is that you are reliable, approach people in a friendly way, and keep a cool head even when things get a bit hectic. A well-groomed appearance and respectful interaction with guests and your colleagues are a matter of course for us.
