Isabella Glutenfreie Pâtisserie is a young, innovative, and successful gastronomy and production company that specializes in the artisanal production of highest quality gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan baked goods.

Isabella Glutenfreie Pâtisserie stands for creative craftsmanship, in a strongly growing niche market. We currently operate 9 locations nationwide as well as a flourishing online shop. In 2022, we were recognized by Feinschmecker magazine as one of the best cafés in Germany.

For our café in Cologne, we are looking for Service & Kitchen Staff (m/f/d) full-time, part-time, and on a student worker basis effective immediately

These are your tasks as Service Staff (m/f/d)

• You approach our guests openly, friendly, and empathetically, inquire about their wishes, and take orders

• You enjoy presenting our products to our guests

• You and your team coordinate tasks and ensure smooth service

• You keep the success of our café in mind, offer excellent service, and maintain contact with our guests. A host by conviction, that is your passion!

These are your tasks as Kitchen Staff (m/f/d)

• You support the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of our high-quality dishes

• Cleanliness and hygiene (according to HACCP) in the kitchen as well as compliance with our quality standards are your responsibility

• You take care of the preparation and follow-up of work areas, including cleaning and storage

• Together with your team, you ensure a smooth workflow in the kitchen

• Your passion for good food and organization contribute to a harmonious kitchen team

• Ideally, you have gastronomic training or practical experience in a comparable position in the service sector

• Career changers with the right spirit are also very welcome!!

• You find it easy to approach people. You are warm, enjoy advising, and work with the aim of providing perfect service

• You have the ability to inspire our guests and your team with your personality

• Teamwork, mutual support, and maintaining focus on what's important even in stressful moments are a matter of the heart for you
