- Friendly welcome of guests and first point of contact in the restaurant
- Support for guests at self-checkout cash registers and explanation of procedures
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and pleasant atmosphere in the dining area
- Restocking of tableware, cutlery, service materials, and guest areas
- Proactive observation of the dining area and recognition of guest needs
- Support with reservations, guest seating, and coordination of guest flows
- Tight collaboration with Service, Kitchen, Bar, and Guest-Service Team
