Facility Service Desk Employee

For our Facility department team, we are looking for new colleagues. Are you customer-oriented, communicative, and energized by solving facility-related issues? From our Zwolle location, you will ensure that colleagues within Vitens can count on professional and efficient facility services. No day is the same, and you contribute to something important: winning, purifying, and supplying 1 billion liters of top-quality drinking water every day. Every drop counts!

What you will be working on

As a Facility Service Desk Employee, you are the first point of contact for colleagues within Vitens regarding facility services. You ensure professional handling of reports, questions, and requests, and monitor their progress. You will liaise daily with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and colleagues within the Facility department.

Important tasks:

• Receiving, analyzing, registering, and handling facility reports, requests, and complaints.

• Advising users on facility products, services, and amenities.

• Coordinating and monitoring workflows between users, suppliers, and internal teams.

In addition, you will contribute to the further development of the Facility Service Desk's services. You will support various projects, such as contract implementations and organization-wide facility initiatives, and participate in the BHV (Emergency Response) team and on-call services.

What you bring

We are primarily interested in who you are and what you can do. It is important that you are yourself and bring a proactive and service-oriented attitude. We will see this reflected in how you help customers, set priorities, and identify improvements within facility services. Furthermore, we can count on you for:

• Minimum HBO (higher vocational education) work and thinking level, preferably in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or Business Administration.

• Relevant work experience, internship experience, or a part-time job within a facility or service-oriented environment.

• Knowledge of facility processes and systems, preferably experience with FMIS systems such as Jira.

This is how we take care of you

As a Facility Service Desk Employee, you will strengthen our team for at least 32 hours per week. For this, you can expect the following employment conditions, among others (based on 40 hours per week):

• Up to € 4,316 gross per month (scale 7). In addition, you will receive a Flexible Employment Conditions Budget (FAB) of 15.49% on top of your salary. This budget includes your holiday pay and year-end bonus, among other things.

• Possibility of hybrid working, including a laptop and smartphone.

• 31.5 vacation days.

• € 1,000.00 development budget.

• Additional compensation for participation in the BHV team and on-call services.

• Zwolle as the primary location with work activities at various Vitens locations.
