Job description

Energa Elektra is a leading electrical engineering company that has been providing tailor-made solutions to customers and partners for almost 40 years. From advice and design to realization, delivery, service, and maintenance. Due to our growth, we are looking for reinforcement. The function As an independent service coordinator electrical engineering, you are the link between customers and service technicians. You ensure that service work runs smoothly and keep track of planning, execution, and administration. Your tasks will include:

  • Planning and coordinating service work at electrical installations

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers and service technicians

  • Drafting tenders and calculations for service work and small projects

  • Preparing work, including materials and documentation

  • Processing administrative data such as work orders and service assignments

What do you bring?

  • A MBO diploma level 3 or 4 in electrical engineering

  • A few years of experience as an electrician or service coordinator is a plus

  • A customer-oriented and service-oriented mindset

  • Technical insight and understanding of the practice of service technicians

  • A VCA basic safety certificate or willingness to obtain one

  • Readiness to follow additional courses or training

  • A B driving license
