We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the position of Serviceberater*in (m/w/d) at our location in Schwäbisch Gmünd.
SERVICEBERATER*IN (m/w/d)
Tasks
- Point of contact for our customers in the service sector
- Taking orders and coordinating the repairs to be carried out
- Sales of service offerings
- Prior and post-processing of service offerings
Qualification
- Knowledge in automotive technology, preferably completed vocational training in automotive technology
- Outstanding customer orientation
- Ability to work independently and willingness to flexible working hours
