Job description
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team at BMW's location in Giengen, Germany, as soon as possible.
SERVICEBERATER*IN (m/w/d)
Tasks
• Point of contact for our customers in the service sector
• Order acceptance and coordination of repairs to be carried out
• Sales of service offerings
• Pre- and post-processing of service offerings
Qualification
• Knowledge in automotive technology, preferably completed vocational training in automotive technology
• Strong customer orientation
• Ability to work independently and willingness to flexible working hours
