Tasks Professional consulting and care of our customers on all service matters. Coordination of service and repair orders with the workshop and technicians. Creation of cost estimates and active communication with customers about the order status. Organization and scheduling to ensure a smooth process. Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and technical competence. Profile Completed vocational training, ideally in the automotive industry or technical field. Several years of experience as a service representative or in a comparable function. Technical understanding and affinity for the automotive industry. High degree of customer orientation, communication skills, and organizational talent. Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, additional languages (e.g., French or Italian) are an advantage.
