Your tasks will include: • Providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair options to customers; • Conducting thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs; • Developing and implementing customized solutions for complex vehicle problems; • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle inspections, and repair work performed; • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow; • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the automotive industry and applying this knowledge to improve our services.
