Introduction

Responsibilities

• Customer support from initial consultation to vehicle handover

• Consultation on service, repairs, and maintenance work, explanation of invoices

• Scheduling and coordination between customer and workshop

• As Service Assistant (m/f/d): Order processing and commercial support for service teams

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship in the automotive sector, certification as a Service Advisor desirable, alternatively commercial or technical apprenticeship

• Experience in service-oriented customer consulting; entry-level positions also possible for Service Assistants

• Fluent German language skills

• Friendly, confident demeanor, and organizational talent
