• You are the first point of contact for our customers on all matters concerning maintenance and service.
• You advise in a friendly and competent manner and ensure that service orders are carried out reliably and on time.
• You proactively approach customers, listen attentively, and take their concerns seriously. With your service-oriented attitude, you contribute to our customers feeling well looked after and wanting to return.
• You contribute to the success of our dealership through dedicated customer care.

• You have completed training as a vehicle mechatronics technician, ideally as a master automotive technician.
• With a strong willingness to learn, you will continuously develop yourself with the support of our diverse qualification measures.
• You use your strong communication skills for both customer service and teamwork.
