Your Tasks

• Customer consultation and account management for assigned customers in standardized private customer business and brokerage of cooperative products
• Signal recognition and forwarding to the responsible customer advisors
• Customer needs are recognized and sales opportunities are actively exploited
• Processing of daily service transactions

Your Profile

• Successfully completed banking apprenticeship - professional experience as a service advisor is desirable
• High service and customer orientation
• Customer and closing orientation, strong communication skills, ability to recognize signals
• Commitment, teamwork, willingness to perform, and resilience
• High digital affinity
