Tasks
After individual onboarding on-site, at headquarters, or in one of our training centers, you will be the first point of contact for customers of our branch:

• You are the first point of contact in the area of tire and car service, advising and building trusting customer relationships
• You take care of the process from order acceptance to vehicle handover, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• You ensure smooth processes for goods receipt and disposition
• In addition, administrative tasks are also part of your field of activity, such as the implementation of central marketing measures or the use of various online platforms
• You are a team player and support the branch management in the supervision of commercial apprentices

Profile

• You will soon be completing your apprenticeship or have already successfully completed a commercial (e.g., Office Management Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade) or vocational (e.g., Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Vehicle Technology) apprenticeship
• You have a strong customer and service orientation as well as sales skills
• Your strengths lie in communication and organization, and you have an interest in the automotive industry
• You have proficient user skills in common IT applications
• Driver's license class B
