Job description
As a Service Advisor (m/w/d) at a renowned car dealership, you will take on a central role in customer service and ensure a professional workflow between customers and the workshop.
Tasks
• Competent counseling of customers regarding service and workshop services
• Structured order acceptance as well as transparent explanation of the work to be performed
• Creation and processing of workshop orders
• Review of warranty and service contracts
• Active sales of service offerings and additional services
• Customer support throughout the entire workshop process
• Close cooperation with the workshop team
Qualification
• Technical training, ideally as a Service Advisor or Kfz-Master
• Professional experience in the service sector of a car dealership is advantageous
• High customer orientation and communication skills
• Organizational skills and structured work approach
• Motivation and willingness to further develop
