Job description
For our Giengen location, we are looking for a dedicated
SERVICE ADVISOR (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Contact person for our customers in the service department
- Order taking and coordination of repairs to be carried out
- Sales of service offerings
- Preparation and follow-up of service activities
Qualifications
- Knowledge of automotive technology, preferably completed vocational training as an automotive technician
- Strong customer orientation
- Independent work and willingness to work flexible hours
