Service Advisor (m/f/d)

Service consulting in a car dealership is a demanding job – we know that. That's why we're upfront with you about how things work here: Saturday duty only every four weeks, regular working hours, 31 days of vacation. We are Autohaus Freier in Heilbronn, family-run, two locations, Hyundai and Peugeot. For our location in Karl-Wüst-Straße, we are looking for a female or male service advisor. Women are explicitly welcome in our service team – we look forward to your applications.

Tasks

You are the interface between customer and workshop: You accept orders, schedule appointments, create cost estimates, and return vehicles to customers after repair. You advise honestly and ensure that the customer understands what is being done and why. Short distances, quick decisions – you don't have to ask through three departments here.

Qualifications

You have experience in service consulting – or you are a vehicle mechatronics technician or a master automotive technician and want to get out of the workshop and into customer contact. Both work. You will get the Hyundai certification with us: We will train you and cover the training costs. Reliability and friendly, clear communication with customers are important to us. You don't have to meet every point 100 percent – feel free to get in touch anyway.
