Service Advisor - Automotive (m/f/d)

Our client is one of the leading automotive dealership groups with several locations in Hamburg and Northern Germany. With 9 branches and around 600 employees, approximately 10,000 vehicles are sold annually. As a sales partner of renowned automobile manufacturers, the service department is professionally structured and covers all aspects such as maintenance and repair. For paint and bodywork, you will work closely with relevant specialists internally. We are currently looking for candidates for two locations in the northern and eastern districts of Hamburg.

Area of Responsibility

• Contact person and advisor for customers in all automotive maintenance and service matters

• Appointment and capacity planning

• Inspection and assessment of motor vehicles

• Recording of damages and defects

• Determining repair needs and creating cost estimates

• Invoicing of workshop orders

• Collaboration with adjacent departments such as sales or parts

Qualifications

• Successfully completed training as an automotive mechanic / automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or several years of experience as a service advisor

• High interest in the area of responsibility and experience in customer contact

• Confident and professional demeanor

• High customer and service orientation

• Driver's license (Class B)

• Proficient German language skills
