Service Advisor in a Car Dealership (m/f/d)

We are looking for reinforcement

Our client is one of the leading car dealership groups with several locations in Northern Germany. As a sales partner of renowned automobile manufacturers, the service department is professionally structured and covers all aspects such as maintenance and repair. For paint and bodywork, you will work closely with relevant specialists internally. We are currently looking for reinforcement for the location in Rostock. As several car brands are sold here, there is an opportunity to consider your interests in service.

Area of Responsibility

• Contact person and advisor for customers in all vehicle maintenance and service matters

• Appointment and capacity planning

• Inspection and assessment of vehicles

• Recording of damages and defects

• Determination of repair needs and creation of cost estimates

• Billing of workshop orders

Qualifications

• Successfully completed training as a car mechanic / car mechatronics technician (m/f/d)

• High interest in the area of responsibility and customer contact

• Experience in a comparable role is an advantage, but please also feel free to apply if you are currently working in the workshop and want to switch to service

• Friendly and professional demeanor

• Driver's license (Class B)

• Proficient German language skills
