You will support our service team specifically on days with high traffic – especially on weekends, holidays, and during peak seasonal days. Your assignments will be based on need and mutual agreement. This position is ideal for you if you are flexible and want to lend a hand where things are particularly busy. The Stoos above Schwyz is a family-friendly recreational and holiday paradise in the heart of Central Switzerland. The Stoos mountain region is accessed by the steepest funicular railway in the world and attracts around 600,000 guests annually to the idyllic mountain village at 1,300 m above sea level. The tourism and transport operation employs around 200 staff and operates ten cable cars and lifts. The gastronomy sector includes five restaurants, two shops, and a multi-purpose hall. We are a family of four from the Bernese Oberland and run the Pistenbully Beiz Brunnerboden directly at the valley station of the Klingenstock chairlift with great passion, dedication, and joy in hosting. Our cozy, uncomplicated eatery is a popular meeting point for skiers, hikers, families, and Pistenbully drivers. As our opening hours are weather-dependent, we are looking for a flexible, friendly, and guest-oriented individual who takes responsibility, maintains an overview even in hectic moments, and is happy to become part of our small team. Winter Season Service Assistant PistenBully Beiz Brunnerboden YOUR TASKS You will serve and attend to our guests attentively and warmly. You will prepare drinks at the buffet, serve food, and help out wherever needed. You will maintain our hygiene, quality, and service standards. YOUR PROFILE You already have experience in service or a comparable position. You enjoy interacting with people and have good German language skills.
