For our Autohaus Wernsing, we are looking for a dedicated Service Assistant (GASA) (m/f/d) in full-time as soon as possible.

As a Service Assistant, you are the central point of contact between our customers, the service advisors, and our workshop. You coordinate processes, keep an overview of ongoing service orders, and work together with the entire team to ensure that our customers get their vehicles back on time, reliably, and with a good feeling.

Tasks

• First point of contact for our customers in the service area – friendly, competent, and reliable
• Organization and coordination of service appointments and processing of customer inquiries
• Central interface between customer, service advisor, and workshop
• Support of the team with administrative tasks and management
• Participation in the optimization of our service processes
• Coordination of our rental and workshop replacement vehicles
• Informing our customers about the current processing status (video check)
• Preparation and follow-up of service orders
• Billing and invoicing of workshop and service performance
• Close collaboration with our workshop and sales team for optimal customer care

Depending on your interests, qualifications, and personal development, there is also the opportunity to actively support our spare parts management and take on additional responsibility.

Qualification

You don't have to be able to do everything – what's more important to us is that you enjoy organization, customer contact, and teamwork.

Ideally, you bring the following with you:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the automotive sector
• Enjoy interacting with people and a strong service orientation
• Organizational talent as well as a structured and reliable way of working
• The ability to maintain an overview even in a lively working day
• Confident use of common PC applications
• Team spirit, initiative, and sense of responsibility
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ideally, experience in a car dealership or customer service
• A qualification as a Certified Automotive Service Assistant (GASA) is advantageous, but not a prerequisite
