Service Assistant / Receptionist at the Car Dealership (m/w/d)

We as VW-Nordharz consist of two companies.

Our Volkswagen Service center in Schladen and our Volkswagen Retailer Business in Bad Harzburg. At the location in Bad Harzburg, we also offer VW Commercial Vehicle, Audi, and Skoda Service.

Tasks

As a Service Assistant in the reception area of the Service are your main tasks to take care of customers, schedule appointments for workshop dates, prepare orders for service advisors, and explain prices and invoices. You support your colleagues in the Service, have direct customer contact, and represent our high customer orientation. Your tasks also include independent scheduling, communication with customers by phone, processing of replacement vehicles and mobility services, invoicing and accounting, as well as vehicle handover and explanation. You are the face and voice of our company, the communicative center of the car dealership, and the first point of contact for customer inquiries. In addition, you support the Service team in organizational and financial matters.

Qualification

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally in the automotive industry

You have preferably experience in customer contact at a car dealership

Pleasure in daily contact with many different people

Knowledge of processes in sales and service

Communication skills and customer orientation

Teamwork ability, positive and open demeanor

Good organizational skills and technical understanding

Presentable appearance
