Job description
You are the central point of contact (m/w/d) for customers and employees of the house and serve as a link between BMW Workshop and BMW Service. You will take on:
- the role as central point of contact for our service customers
- scheduling and coordination of appointments
- cashing, accounting, and booking of invoices
- controlling and processing of creditor statements
- handling of insurance cases and management of replacement vehicles
