We are a family-run car dealership in Leer and represent the Toyota and Mitsubishi brands. In our company, sales, service, and workshop work closely together – and this is exactly where we are looking for reinforcement.

Tasks

Your Tasks

As a Service & Sales Assistant, you are an important interface between our customers, the workshop, sales, and the rest of the team.

Customer Contact & Organization

• You are one of the first points of contact for our customers in person, by phone, and by email.
• You record customer requests, coordinate them, and ensure they reach the right contact person.
• You keep track of appointments, follow-ups, and open cases and follow up independently if necessary.
• Even when multiple things are happening at once, you ensure that nothing gets lost.

Service & Commercial Processing

• You support the preparation, processing, and follow-up of workshop orders.
• You handle billing, payment transactions, cash register, and open items.
• You reliably prepare recurring commercial processes such as month-end closing.
• You support customer promotions, service mailings, tire and storage processes, as well as the maintenance of important master data.

Sales Support

• You organizationally accompany new and used vehicles from intake to delivery.
• You coordinate, among other things, workshop appointments, registration, accessories, and vehicle documents.
• You create vehicle invoices and ensure that everything is prepared in time for handover.
• You handle necessary manufacturer and bonus reports and keep an eye on deadlines.

And otherwise?
You see when something is missing or not working, and you don't wait for someone else to notice it eventually. Order, materials, processes, and a well-maintained customer area are just as important to us for a well-functioning car dealership as telephones and computers.

Qualifications

What you bring

You don't have to be perfect with us. You also don't have to be able to do everything from day one.

But you should have the desire to tackle things.

You take responsibility without constantly needing someone behind you. You are friendly and open – not just when someone is watching. You have that certain "I'll take care of it" gene. You can juggle multiple balls at once without losing track.

You work carefully and reliably.
Thorough? Yes. Pedantic? Please, no.

And if something doesn't work, you don't first look for someone to blame. You look for a solution.

Experience in a car dealership, in service, or in a commercial role is naturally an advantage. Even more important to us, however, are your attitude, your organizational talent, and your willingness to learn new things.
