Service Transformation Lead

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our service-line vision and goals. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities for process improvement. • Design and implement new processes that drive business outcomes. • Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and build consensus. • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against goals. • Provide coaching and guidance to team members on process improvements. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that can inform process improvements. What You’ll Need: • 5+ years of experience in a similar role or related field. • Proven track record of driving process transformation and improvement. • Strong understanding of business operations and processes. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
