Tasks

Your Daily Business – Technology that excites

You are the hero in distress and the expert on site. Your tasks include:

• Installation: You install modern multifunction systems from top brands Canon, Kyocera, and Brother.
• Network Integration: You integrate the systems into complex server landscapes (driver installation, scan-to-folder/mail, fax setups).
• User Support: You explain the functions to customers and are their first technical point of contact.
• Problem Solver: You wait for hardware and fix issues directly at the customer's site.

Qualification

This is what you bring with you

• Basis: A completed technical education (e.g. Information Technology Specialist, Mechatronics Engineer or IT System Electronics).
• IT Know-how: Familiarity with Windows operating systems and MS Office. You understand networks not just as cables, but as structures.
• Personality: You work structured, think solution-oriented, and enjoy exchanging with colleagues and customers.
• Mobility: A class B driver's license is a mandatory requirement.
