SERVICE TECHNICIAN "Heating Systems" (also for career changers, Lucerne/Zug/Zurich) (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Operational responsibility for specific commissioning of -systems in the assigned market area
• Coordination and implementation of extensive troubleshooting, ad hoc measures, and maintenance and upkeep work in a diverse customer base (private customers, large buildings, administrations, etc.)
• Situational and comprehensive advice to the same customer base on service contracts, spare parts, and additional products
• Regular contact with the management team and supervisor, as well as periodic training and further education in the specialist field
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other units (Sales, Logistics, Technology, etc.) as well as deputizing at the same level, participation in cross-departmental special projects and events

Your profile:

• Solid technical training in building technology/HVAC, electrical, mechanical engineering (or comparable), further technical training (e.g., heat systems specialist or TS advantageous), career change possible!
• Several years of experience in direct customer contact in the service environment of a company with technical products
• Proven track record with professional experience in the field of alternative energy systems, electrical engineering, building automation, or similar specializations is desirable
• German as a native language, foreign language skills in French, English, and/or Italian not mandatory but advantageous
• Ideally reside in the area of operation (you will work mostly from home), proficiency in the most common computer applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Internet, etc.)
