Service Techniker 100% - Region Solothurn & Luzern

To support our team, we are looking for two committed individuals as Service Technicians. Your tasks: Ensure timely and technically flawless readiness of all installed technical devices in accordance with quality standards within the defined region, as well as assistance in the large customer area (including weekend standby duty) Optimize service offerings within assigned customers considering quality requirements Prepare the necessary tools and equipment for each job, ensure that all work is done in compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and maintain a high level of technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate records of your work, reporting any incidents or malfunctions, and participating in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share knowledge.
