Do you have technical insight and enjoy taking charge? As a Service Technicus Tankmeting, you are responsible for organizing and planning work, execution, and administrative handling. Due to the expansion of our activities in the field of certifying static volume meters, we are expanding our team and there is room for a new colleague: Calibration Technician. You can be part of this!

The Rotterdam port area is a dynamic environment that is continuously developing. A notable aspect of the harbor area are the large, white storage tanks where various liquid products are stored - from crude oil to fruit juice. In technical terms, we call these tanks Static Volume Meter (SVM).

In these tanks, products are stored that are traded between buying and selling parties or further processed in factories. You play a crucial role in this process: using high-quality 3D scanners, you calibrate the land tanks extremely accurately. The measurement results you process into a content table, which you then program on-site in the software of the terminal. This is done in close cooperation with the supplier of the height meters. As a final step, you inspect the height meter, after which the tank can officially be put into use.

We carry out this work for a large part of the terminals in the Rotterdam port area and also outside.
