Service Technician – Security & Fire Detection Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and program security and fire detection systems according to project specifications.
• Conduct service interventions while adhering to contractual SLAs.
• Prepare documentation for each action, including service reports and installation records.
• Manage internal orders for necessary materials.
• Visit locations to assess intervention specifics.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Diagnose system faults and support solution implementation.
• Monitor system performance within the action area.
• Assist in client onboarding and periodic maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with field colleagues and software development teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
• ARTS certification or equivalent recognized by MAI.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, networking fundamentals, and business applications.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and products (AI, IoT, sensors, machine learning are advantageous).
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
• Intermediate English for reading technical documentation.
• Strong teamwork skills.
