Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for delivering top-notch service? Our client is a locally owned and multi-faceted business specialising in the construction, installation, and servicing of swimming pools and spas and they are currently seeking a Pool Service Technician to join their team.
About the Role
As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimising pool and spa systems to ensure they operate at peak performance. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, delivering exceptional service to a loyal customer base.
Key Responsibilities

Perform regular servicing and maintenance of pools and associated equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, lighting).
Conduct water testing and manage water balance.
Diagnose and repair equipment faults and perform algae treatments.
Provide friendly, informative customer service and educate clients on pool care.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Follow safety protocols and assist with inventory tracking.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in pool maintenance or a similar technical role (preferred).
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and time management.
A valid manual driver’s license.
