Service Technician (m/w/d)

As a competent and loyal ambassador of Syntegon, you are responsible for providing excellent service to our customers on-site. Your responsibilities include installation, commissioning, training, troubleshooting, testing, analysis, maintenance, repair, and training of Syntegon packaging machines and related products.

• You conduct inspections, maintenance, repairs, trainings, and analyses on the machines of our customers.
• When machine failures occur, you support problem-solving on-site or over the phone (Helpline) and improve machine performance.
• You present our service products, such as modernization kits or spare part packages, to customers and advise on pros and cons. You serve as a link to the Service Sales department.
• You regularly participate in internal, external, and manufacturer training to maintain and develop your technical expertise and skills.
• You support machine acceptance tests at our plant as well as at our customers' sites.
• As a Field Service Engineer, you train customers on proper operation, modifications, modernizations, and basic setup and safety rules for our machines.
