To strengthen our service team at the Potsdam location, we are looking for a Service Technician (m/w/d) for direct placement.

Your tasks: Repair and maintenance of household appliances (e.g., washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators) directly at the customer's premises
Independent fault diagnosis and reliable troubleshooting
Ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly and competent behavior
Documentation of the work performed
Your qualifications: Completed vocational training in the electrical field (e.g., electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics engineer)
Cross-industry entrants welcome (experience in household appliances is not required)
Class B driver's license
Self-motivated and structured working style, as well as high customer orientation
