About your new role:

Our Auckland Branch (based in East Tamaki) is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our Material Handling Team. Your key responsibility will be to assist in the repair and maintenance of our customers' equipment, with a strong emphasis on auto electrical diagnostics and repairs. We're seeking someone with proven experience in auto electrical systems, ideally within forklifts, heavy machinery, or similar equipment. You'll be confident working with wiring diagrams, fault finding, and electrical component replacement. The hours are 40 hours per week. Organisational skills are paramount in this role and you will understand the value of providing exceptional customer service. What you'll need to succeed:

• Auto Electrical experience in maintenance and servicing of material handling equipment or equivalent transferable skills from a similar industry
• An automotive qualification or suitable experience
• Ability to provide technical support to customers
• Self-discipline for managing workload
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail on admin processing
