Service Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for performing routine and extraordinary maintenance activities on our clients' equipment to ensure optimal functionality, protection of usage conditions, and original efficiency levels, in compliance with all safety rules and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

· Perform maintenance and repairs on bridge cranes, pulleys, lifting devices, and accessories in general at client sites, using the company van and available equipment;
· Conduct fault research for electrical, mechanical, and electronic problems and establish the necessary activities for any repairs;
· Inform the customer about the results of the intervention, explaining the condition of the equipment, preventive and corrective repairs, and discretionary or modernization repairs;
· Report any criticalities or risks to safety and quality and suggest new improvement projects on equipment and machinery;
· Prepare and update documentation related to activities performed and transmit it in a timely manner and in accordance with established guidelines;
· Perform regular maintenance and inventory of tools, vehicles, and assets made available.
