Service Technician

Frigoglass Romania hires Service Technician within the Service Romania department.

Main Role:

Executes installation, maintenance, and repair work on refrigeration equipment, both on-site and at the depot. Identifies and proposes the best technical solutions in different situations to ensure the optimal functioning of serviced equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Installs, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance work on refrigeration equipment (refrigerators, post-mix, vending).
• Uses internal IT tools to process repair orders.
• Completes required documentation after completing repairs.
• Ensures that repairs are completed on time and meet quality standards to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction levels.
• Takes care of the condition of the tools provided and ensures they meet quality standards.
• Is responsible for inventory management of spare parts received.
• Ensures the accuracy of documents prepared (journey logs, damage reports, etc.).

Required Qualifications and Experience::

• Middle-level technical studies;
• Frigotechnist certification;
• Moderate level of English language proficiency;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in service operations;
• Excellent planning and organizational skills;
• Good communication skills.
