Service Technician for Pumps Systems

Candidate ideal:

• Experience of at least 2-3 years - constitutes an advantage knowledge in the field of equipment installations: central heating, air conditioning, pumps
• Certificate of professional training or equivalent in mechanical and/or electrical fields
• Capable to travel 75% of the time and work overtime if necessary
• Knowledge of English at a medium-advanced level;
• Knowledge MS Office, Excel;
• Dynamic, communicative, organized, analytical personality;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Capacity for organization and planning of current activities;

Description of the job:

• Guarantees post-sales technical services;
• Guarantees technical interventions both in-house and on-site;
• Performs repairs, maintenance, and putting into operation of HVAC equipment, clean and used water equipment;
• Performs testing of equipment to confirm correct functioning of all functions;
• Sets up efficient collaboration relationships with clients for timely and satisfactory resolution of all problems that may arise in the case of products commercialized by Wilo Romania: installation, warranty, post-warranty repairs, maintenance;
• Presents technical and price offers in accordance with client requirements;
• Guarantees on-site service interventions;
• Makes sure there are necessary spare parts on stock for performing repairs in progress and not just;
