Here you can expect a thrilling mix of technology, customer contact, and personal responsibility. Tasks - You install, maintain, and repair modern label and print systems ? both at customers' premises (approx. 60% fieldwork) and internally. - You take over technical support from A to Z: from scheduling appointments to successful implementation. - You provide telephone support for technical questions and conduct clarifications with customers, suppliers, and internal departments. - You create technical documentation and instructions that help others understand and implement your solutions. Profile - Completed training in the field of electricity or electronics (e.g., Automation EFZ). - Experience with SPS (Siemens Logo) and electrical diagrams is an asset. - You are not only electrically fit, but also mechanically skilled. - You love direct customer contact and always approach professionally and friendly. - You plan your assignments independently and keep track of even complex tasks. - IT skills, driving license category B, and ideally French or English language skills.
