Service Technician

As a Service Engineer, you are responsible for providing technical support on the machines sold by the company, specifically industrial pumps and crushing and screening installations. Your tasks include: Performing maintenance and repairs on crushers, screening machines, pumps, and related equipment Visiting customers throughout the Benelux region daily to install, repair, or maintain their machines Working closely with internal and external sales colleagues to ensure proper follow-up of projects and customer satisfaction Providing technical support and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of the machines Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including maintenance and repair activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your tasks will also include: Conducting site visits to assess and diagnose equipment issues, and developing and implementing solutions to resolve these issues Collaborating with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure efficient and effective resolution of equipment issues. Your strong technical skills and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.
