Service Technician - Crown Tauranga

About the role We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team at Crown Tauranga. As a Service Technician you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through the installation, maintenance and repair of material handling equipment. This includes but is not limited to: • Conducting site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning and inspections • Repairing and replacing parts as required • Providing technical support and guidance to customers • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and parts used • Collaborating with other team members to achieve service goals. Requirements: • 2+ years experience in a similar role or industry • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills • Ability to lift up to 25kg and work at heights • Valid driver’s license • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
