Service Technician ( Bucharest)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain equipment for assigned projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Commission, repair, maintain, and upgrade equipment.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair equipment at client sites.
• Identify necessary parts for equipment repair.
• Represent the company through direct client contact; listen, inform, and make recommendations.

Requirements:

• HVAC knowledge: Experience in HVAC or a similar field, understanding installation, maintenance, and repair principles.
• Communication: Strong client interaction skills, ability to address questions and resolve issues.
• Computer skills: Ability to use a computer and software (e.g., MS Office, Excel, MS Windows).
• Valid category B driving license.
• Fluency in Romanian is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, including occasional weekends.
