Tasks
In your daily work:
- Responsible for Security Solutions: You will independently operate, analyze, and further develop central security solutions.
- Manage Complex Incidents: You will analyze and process complex security alerts and security incidents and coordinate appropriate technical measures.
- Develop Architecture Further: You will develop technical concepts and contribute your expertise in cloud security, IAM, and other security technologies.
- Manage Security Service Providers: You will be responsible for the technical management of external partners, including escalations and quality assurance.
- Strengthen Vulnerability Management: You will assess risks, prioritize measures, and support the sustainable remediation of vulnerabilities.
- Shape Processes and Standards: You will independently develop security processes, technical standards, and documentation.
- Lead Security Projects: You will take on technical responsibility for security projects or central work packages and represent technical decisions.

Profile
- Qualification: Completed IT training, a degree in IT or security, a comparable qualification, or several years of relevant professional experience.
- Senior Experience: Several years of practical experience in IT security as well as in-depth knowledge in the operation, further development, and error analysis of security solutions.
- Broad Security Know-how: In-depth knowledge in several areas such as Endpoint/EDR, Email Security, SIEM/SOC, or Vulnerability Management.
- Incident Response: Experience in analyzing complex security alerts and security incidents, as well as in independently implementing and coordinating appropriate measures.
- Cloud & IAM: In-depth knowledge in Cloud Security and Identity & Access Management (IAM); further security technologies are an advantage.
- Concept Development & Projects: You independently develop technical concepts, solutions, and processes, and technically manage security projects.
- Decision-Making Confidence: You work independently and in a structured manner, take responsibility, and make understandable decisions in complex situations.
- Communication: You communicate confidently with specialist departments, management, and external security service providers, and explain technical issues understandably. You proactively inform the team lead about status and risks and prepare complex processes and action options understandably for decision-making.
- Language: Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
