Service Specialist (WKO)

For Eteck, we are looking for a Service Specialist who coordinates maintenance, follows up on malfunctions, and serves as a point of contact for internal and external clients. Hi! We are Eteck. For our Service & Maintenance department, we are looking for a Service Specialist. Planning and preparing maintenance work, coordinating with colleagues, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are properly recorded and reported. You will also be responsible for following up on malfunctions, coordinating with internal and external clients, and serving as a point of contact for these clients. You will work closely with our technical specialists to ensure that all maintenance activities are properly executed. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed in a timely and professional manner. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be expected to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively. You will also be expected to work independently and as part of a team, and to be flexible and adaptable in your work.
