• Support in the administrative management of our service contracts throughout their entire lifecycle
• First point of contact for dealers on administrative and contractual issues
• Participation in new calculations, contract extensions, and contract adjustments
• Support in monitoring and managing the contract portfolio
• Involvement in the area of connected services and telematics solutions
• Activation and monitoring of telematics contracts
• Data maintenance and control, ensuring high data quality
• Creation of reports and analyses
• Support in training, presentations, and dealer events
• Participation in the optimization and further development of internal processes
• Collaboration with various internal departments and our dealer network

What you bring

• Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
• Interest in digital services, service products, and mobility solutions
• Ideally, first practical experience through internships or working student positions
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Affinity for digital systems, data management, and process flows
• Analytical thinking skills and enjoyment of working with numbers
• Structured, meticulous, and reliable work approach
• High sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Good English skills for collaboration in an international environment
• Italian language skills are an advantage
