• Service vor Ort in den Dienststellen sowie Nachbereitung und Abarbeitung besonderer Vorkommnisse
• Empfangsdienst und die persönliche Betreuung der Mitarbeiter
• Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

The skills you bring:

• Abitur or completed commercial vocational training or alternative experience in the service sector or reception
• German language skills in writing and speaking (at least Level C)
• Good knowledge of common MS-Office software (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Outstanding team and communication skills, assertiveness, social competence, and initiative
• Readiness for shift and weekend work
