• Consulting and supporting customers for service and repair services • Accepting customer inquiries and scheduling appointments • Creating cost estimates and invoices • Coordinating workshop orders and ensuring smooth order processing • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through competent and solution-oriented consulting • Maintaining and managing customer data
Profile: • Completed technical or commercial training, ideally in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector (also welcome are cross-industry entrants with experience as a truck mechanic) • Experience in customer service, ideally in the automotive industry • Technical understanding and affinity for commercial vehicles • High level of customer- and service-orientedness • Communication skills and negotiation skills • Independent and structured work style • Good IT user knowledge (MS Office, ideally also branch-specific software) • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, additional languages a plus (French or Italian)
