Service Planner

As a Planner, you are the heart of our scheduling. You ensure that service technicians are deployed efficiently and effectively, customer appointments run smoothly, and that preparations are flawless. You are the point of contact for customers, colleagues, and technicians when it comes to scheduling:

• Drawing up and optimizing the schedule for approximately 25 technicians;
• Prioritizing notifications, malfunctions, and assignments;
• Monitoring delivery times & customer appointments;
• Direct contact with customers regarding appointments;
• Collaborating with engineers to ensure proper information alignment;
• Resolving scheduling bottlenecks and improving processes.

As a Planner, you also receive the following excellent secondary employment conditions:

• A good salary between €3,000 and €4,000 based on experience;
