Service planner

For a leading and modern player within assembly and service, we are looking for a Service Planner. As a planner, you are responsible for planning both assembly, service, and repair appointments. You will be accountable for: The telephone first point of contact for the serviced department for our customers. Making appointments with customers for interventions and maintenance, and setting up the schedule for technicians and assemblers. Following up on emails i.v.m. the preparation of reports and the coordination of activities. Ensuring that all planned activities are executed in a timely manner. Providing support to the service team by answering questions and providing information. Maintaining accurate records of appointments, interventions, and maintenance. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Developing and maintaining relationships with customers. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Performing other tasks as required.
